    Default Astral Vibrance just comes on by it self?

    Any one else having this problem, not sure what is triggering it I don't have it hot keyed so I know I am not just hitting it on accident . I have noticed happening after I get up from the shrine or just running along and then bam it start taking mana away. I looked under known issues I didn't see it
