Default why is completionist a feat and epic completionist not

I was just wondering why you still have the completionist feat costing a feat slot but if you do an epic completionist the slot just opens. Should we not get Completionist automatically now or maybe an extra feat slot, allowing you to use it or not. but still get a bonus. Tha argument I have seen in the past is that you get bonuses for the past lives and this is just extra, but this also applys to epic completionist,

    anyways just ,my two cents

Idk why epic completionist doesn't cost a slot. I think it should, just like heroic... They are too good to be free.

Good question and its been asked numerous times. After investing in all that hard work and probably taking months or years to get, it should be free. I would guess when TRing first came out it was decided to be a balance reason, but in today's game balance is out the window. For some, it no longer takes months or years to get completionist.

You are the one choosing not to play alts.

Casual player now investing way less than I used to into the game, playing 1-3 months at a time and still want nothing to do with Reaper. #improvepuggrouping#alldifficultiesmatter

Well yes, but you'll have those fate points to spend regardless, simply by achieving Epic Completionist since every 4 ETR gives you one point. So you'll have at least 3 points already.

IMO, anyone who has completed heroic completionist should get that feat for free, instead of it filling up a feat slot.

/Signed to them changing it to an auto-grant.

They are not free. You could use them for higher level twists and never bother getting epic completionist.

If you could Twist Tier 5 stuff, that would be a different story, but you can't.

Don't know for other people's build, but for mine, I have 18 Fate points left at the moment. Tier 3-1-1 unlocked.

Why do you park in a driveway, but drive on a parkway?

Might as well ask "Why is water wet?"
    Answer: because Turbine.

but, I do think completionist should not cost a feat slot

For that matter, if you have 3 past lives of any 1 class, you should get that past life feat free too.

Well Ozzgood has twist slots 3/3/1 at the moment with 6 Fate points left over, I do not realy need anything from a 4th tier so a 4th slot would be preferable to me. And to the OP yes I agree heroic Completionist should be free

My idea to revamp the completionist would be to keep "single complete" the same (pick feat at 3) "double complete" to auto grant the feat at lvl1 but remove it from choices, "Triple complete" get the feat automatic at lvl1 and get to pick it up as a feat choice at lvl6

of course it should cost a feat, and if you are any of Bard or Paladin it should cost 2 feats. Natural progression of the DDO learning curve.

EDIT. no tripple completionist shouldn´t gain anymore than a regular completionist.. okay maybe a custom made tinfoil hat.

Only city slickers who unknowingly call their tiny little parking spot a "driveway" ask such things. If you had a real driveway, you'd know you actually do drive on a driveway.

Completionist is completionist. just because there are a few folks out there that make it look easy to get triple completionst doesn't mean the accomplishment should be diminished in any way. Give it as an automatic feat at first completionist. If you want to give the folks that did it two or three times something special, make something else up.

And for those who are high on saying: what accomplishment; this is only a game. Yea there can be goals set in a game, and if met, it is an accomplishment. No matter how you got there.

/signed to giving both as a free feat
