Buffing Exalted Angel as well

Its cool to see the new Divine Avenger which with some tweaks will probably be decent. Its also cool to see that work has begun on buffing Unyielding Sentinel even if it seems to need alot of work still. What I am clearly missing is the buffing of Exalted Angel as well to make that a good caster/healer ED.

Here are my suggestions. None of which require making new abilities or greatly changes the old. Its small additions to existing things that sum up to a reasonable tree.

1) Add Quicken, Maximize and Empower to Divine Wrath. (this will give the nuking part of the ED a much needed boost)
2) Half the cooldown on Avenging Light (this will let non-FvS gain charges to power Divine Wrath in a more reasonable way)
3) Add +1 DC to evocation spells at core levels 0, 2 and 4.
4) Add +1 DC to necro spells at core levels 1, 3 and 5. (these two together will make the ED semi-decent for DC casting)
5) Lower the cooldown on the Epic Moment Reborn in Light from 30 mins to 10 mins and allow the full benefits without the requirement to be dead (which is a really silly requirement).
6) Remove the requirements on Endless Faith to have Radiant Power and Healing Power. (its silly that many twist in Endless Faith but very few take it while actually in the tree due to the cost of 9 ap!)

Simple and easy - yet changes the ED from mediocre to usefull without reaching the height of the top EDs for power.
