Is there a way to remove an existing heroic tr flag to use an er heart? Character has been flagged for some time, but never gotten around to tr, now he sits at 28 and would rather er... Lifeshaper says in the loss/gain window that the toon is already flagged.

I doubt it's possible to unflag your character, but I'm not at all affiliated with Turbine.
There's very little evidence that Turbine actually reads this forum subsection. You're better off, in order of ascending probability of someone actually being able to answer your question, filing a GM request in-game, submitting a ticket online, or giving customer service a call at their 800 number (phone number here).I Cannith-craft (150 levels in all schools) for free on Thelanis if you provide all needed materials.
