Default heroic elite at level solo chrono

Took me 4 tries. The 1st 2 times I really wasn't prepared, and died in the 1st round against bloodplate. The 3rd time, I died to bloodplate at about 15% hp. Then I decided to take some silver flame pots out of the bank... and neglected to use the int shrine or have any +int gear/buffs (8 base + 2 tome - 10 sf = 0). 4th time's the charm.

Healing was a mix of cure pots, a few improved elixirs of healing from daily dice, some moderate healing elixirs from collectibles turn-ins, cure serious wands (ranger levels means no umd for ranger wands), fists of light and healing ki, and 4 lesser silver flame pots combined with running around like a headless chicken until I was no longer helpless. Oh, and a lot of heal amp. 25% jidz-tetka in fire stance, 10% human, 10% ship, 5% x2 from shintao.

With short term buffs, I had 20% concealment, 25% incorporeality, 8% dodge, and about 50 ac in fire stance. It was a bit of a pain, but I kept up gh pots (commendation turn-in), +3 shield of faith pots, +5 bark pots (comms), dw (goggles), shield spell (clicky and umd wand). I couldn't quite manage to slot in wisdom or charisma, but veheer was nice enough to cast 30 minute owl's wisdom and eagle's splendor. Also was also tryin to keep up shadow veil incorporeality, air/light/air blur finisher, and fire/light/fire +2 saves finisher.

Finished with barely enough time left on my ship xp shrine, and just in time for dinner

    Great work!

So the Ranger levels are just for some spellpoints and magic options, with maybe a free Two-Handed Fighting feat? I can't see that as more versatile than the Cleric dilettante but I can't argue with your results. Good job!

Good job! Any past lives on this character?

Also L2 Ranger adds bow strength.
My take on "the grind": https://www.ddo.com/forums/showthrea...=1#post6220972

Ordinary humans have inhibitions that serve as a buffer against what we know is bad behavior.
However, some people, by blaming others for their own bad behavior, develop a thought pattern that allows them to override self-control in order to achieve a selfish end.
    - My opinion on exploiters and cheaters blaming SSG for unfair punishment.

I'm trying out a version of whomhead's quivering palm monkcher build here. I'm calling it the quivering quiver, or qq for short . Haven't been using ranged yet, so the ranger levels are really just for twf right now, but the bow str, rapid shot, and some enhancements will come in handy once I pull out a bow. The sp will be helpful in epics with cocoon.

2 monk past lives, 1 fighter, 1 artificer.

I tr'ed a few days before they announced the nerf to qp. Now I want to level up quickly so I can at least try this guy out before they nerf him.

    Very good job

Joined a pug once that was at the last boss and were all dead when I got there, the boss had barely a scratch on him but I managed to kill him and the trash but that took a long time and I used a lot of healing stuff, some of the players released and came back in just when I was out of wands/pots and healed me so I could finish. That was 1 of the most intense things I have done in DDO and I shortman ee´s very often, just to let you know I know how much of an achievement this is double gratz.
