Per the release notes, "some" cases of offhand doublestrike only going off with mainhand doublestrike have been fixed.
So anyone tested to see if the tempest capstone is working now?

*Bump* - curious about this as well.
Tempest capstone fixed + Divine Avenger's T2 twistable +6 to damage could inadvertently make for a nice dps boost for Rangers.

I've tested my tempest capstone in the test dojo, the off-hand doublestrike works correctly now.
