What's the 'magic' number to find stuff at high level heroics?

Ok, here's a question: I'm making a build that can do rogue stuff, like disable device and search. ATM, at around level 20, I think I can hit a total of around 50-55 for both search and disable device, maybe a tiny bit higher. The question is, "Will it be good enough for heroic stuff?" Or do I need to aim higher to even find stuff?

Should be fine, most 17-20 stuff has dcs around 50-60.
