    Make sure you are not running any other frame rate capturing software such as fraps, or afterburner etc..

    Also you need to have DDO running before you start trying to capture on OBS, otherwise it crashes. You cannot start DDO up if you are already streaming.

    Problem solved mostly! sorry for being dense but my issue seemed to be not running STEAM as administrator! I can now stream in windowed mode (however am still unable to capture in fullscreen).

    Thank you for your advice it was much appreciated.

    --- I will be streaming some tonight, if anyone is interested. I have been a player on and off since beta (shout out to fellow displaced Riedrans!) and am returning from a multiple year break. I will be doing L20ish content on a second life Bladeforged 12/6/2 Monk Ranger Paladin, Arcane Archer. I have very little gear, but love soloing hards and elites for a challenge. I also prefer to do all content on the hardest level my party can tolerate because I believe the pace that difficult content affords is far more conducive to a fun session of teamwork, socializing, and just overall cohesion!

    Does anyone know why I can not connect to twitch's chat? All's it gives me is can not connect try to reconnect.
