Disconnects every time

Hey.
It's been like that for over a month now, every time I restart my computer and open DDO, the first time gets in game, then I get the red latency alarm, then it disconnects from the server, and then I log back in and it's all good, but the point is I have to open the client twice in order to play, and there are no exceptions, it always happens.

Any help?

This preloader loads game faster, so that it will not disconnect.
