    Default Cleric/Fi/Mo - TWF warpriest

    Ok - I am going into life 8 - working on completionist.....slowly.

    Past lives are Fighter, Rogue, Monk, Barb, Pally, FVS, Ranger - will be TRing to an Iconic (from PDK iconic) I figure may as well do another PDK for the PRR.

    TWF, Khopesh, Centered Kensai, Warpriest, lots of healing from ameliorating strike and healing ki strike plus spells - decent self buffs (up to FOM and DW). Lots of base damage bonuses from Kensai, extra crits from Kensai and Monk Earth stance.

    I have lots of khopeshes and a few good shortswords so the ninja spy points are spent to keep me centred. I am not 100% sure if all the dodge bonuses will stack and will fiddle around with them if they don't but they should as they have different names (improved dodge and acrobatic). I should get a decent overall dodge (20% ish), I have blur, displace clickies, ghostly items and PRR should be in the 50s.

    Any thoughts would be appreciated.

    Oh and I am not tied to the level split - I just want to make sure I get the cleric life but I am mostly melee oriented. So a 9/9/2 or a 10/8/2 split would be fine if there is a really good reason.

    Twists will probably be:

    Lithe, Cocoon(may replace with Brace if I think my healing is good enough) and any T4 that looks like a good fit.

    I like the heal spell quite a bit. It is still useful for this type of build. I have a 12 cleric 6 ranger 2 monk myself and there are just times when that heal spell comes in handy. Now it is not something that is good to do on the build because it is an inefficient use of spell points, but every now and then. What do you think about 11 cleric 8 fighter 1 monk or is that too much of a departure?

    You should find a way to fit in grandmaster of forms that is +1 to critical 19-20.

    You only need Master of Forms for this (Earth stance).

    I want the evasion of Monk 2 - and you need Fighter 8 to get to centered weapons. That leaves me short of heal spell so I thought I may as well go Monk 3 to get the healing ki. With my heal amp, emp. healing, heal skill and a devotion item slotted my various sources of healing should be fine, even just cure crits will hit for high 100s. Once I get to epics there will be cocoon to keep me going. So I think my healing sources are covered.

    Yup I double checked that - master of forms is all you need to get the crit bonus - Grand Master doesn't add enough to take up a feat slot.

    12/8/2 would allow the heal spell for sure. And grandmaster stances offer a bit afaik in defensive modes, like additional prr and ac. The only bummer is the kopesh speccing. If you went with something like scimis, you could do cleric, ranger, monk, and tempest your scimis from dex on both to hit and damage.

    I am doing a 12/6/2 warpriest tempest build with trapping. I wanted to go for monk, but I am a little weary of traps after the last few lives.

    The build itself looks fine, just don't aee anything that would make it stellar too.

    12/8/2 =22 and if there is an exploit to allow that send me a PM

    I am on a FVS life right now with 16/2/2 FVS/Rogue/Fi....the fighter was just for feats (TWF speccing with the OC line and a few metamagics required it and monk doesn't give you the upper TWF feats as the bonus). This was actually a pretty good build - solo'd eH on everything up to stormhorns and then I was in fatesinger so I just geared down to get to cap with saga rewards.

    For the cleric I am looking to be only nominally cleric - primarily melee - TWF khopesh has been what I have done on all my lives - so it's kind of a theme for me now. I don't mind being sub optimal as long as I can make it to cap (not sure if I am ITR or ETR/HTRing this time.....)
