Cannot access old account

I recently came back to DDO and, once I settled down in a new server to start fresh, I tried to log into the forum as Doxmaster. For some reason it did not accept my password (which was a generic one I use for every online forum, what with none of these having important information attached) and attempts to reset the password are getting me nowhere.

Logging into the forum from in the game no longer works...so is there any way of correcting this? It's kind of hilarious that I have access to the more valuable portion of my DDO account (all the characters, all the items, etc) but I can't post under my own name on the forum. This new account is cool and all, but I'd prefer to be Doxmaster again.

Apparently the in-game portion of my account is still connected to the correct e-mail address. I've located receipts for recent DDOStore purchases and the old ones are also there, though most have been deleted.

I think I have character information posted as Doxmaster that I can link to help prove who I am, if that'd help. Pretty sure those characters still exist.

your forum login and game login are the same now.

Thank you. I was kind of worried I wouldn't be able to log back into Doxmaster here on the forum; I've been around for a while with that name and starting anew would be annoying.

I'll log in to that account right now.

the transition to the new login system wasnt exactly smooth. You might have to call account support.

To login on the forum you need to log in with your game account login and password.

Your display name ( the member linkie ) is something else that is linked to your game account that you will be able to setup ( or recover ) once logged in your account.
For example Flavilandile is NOT my game login. It is NOT the username I use when login on the forum.
