Looking for information about evocation cleric build vs Fvs which is superior?

Basically i will have 3 sorc 1 wiz Plives. I wish to concentrate on max evocation.

I'm looking for suggestions with that in mind for

Race
class
enhancements

I would prefer light damage as an alternative to killing stuff i can't use evocation on. What would you choose?

I would go Cleric.

That way I can splash 2monk and 1wiz whilst still keeping mass heal and implosion. I'll spend the bonus feats on dodge, mobility, spell focus evocation.

I'd rather pick up +2 wisdom from waterstance than pick up either of the +2 wisdom capstones. Getting 10% dodge from that 2monk splash (+ feat selection) really seals the deal.

I actually think cleric 18 / FvS 2 may be your best choice: light-specced DiDi, but with AoV for Just Reward etc. to add oomph & temp SPs. A friend just got such a (first-life) build to lvl 20 and has been having fun.
