Could not patch file "ddo_intro_cinematic.bik", error 5: Access is denied

Please help. When I start up the launcher it does the usual patch thing and when its done it says, Could not patch file "ddo_intro_cinematic.bik", error 5: Access is denied. It won't let me play the game so I need this fixed fast. If you need any more information just ask, I'm not very good with computers.
