Sure, I can handle the slog from Meridia to Eveningstar because my guild doesn't have a ship yet, but it gets very tedious to have to run to the Harbor to stock up on arrows each and every quest.

I'm sure casters feel the same way about scrolls and pots.

Please, give us a general vendor in Eveningstar.
