Default How do you say "Party must stay together" in a good way?

Some dungeons can be (or should be) done with people splitting up. Others should not. It may be an artifact of low sample, but I noticed that Bargain of Blood EE is a cakewalk as long as everyone stays in a tight group, while as soon as someone runs off things fall apart. How do I get through to people's heads not to go haring off on their own? Short of just leaving their stones where they end up?

"Of course it is. Are YOU going to question beholder's artistic sense?"

Communicate. Make it clear via voice/party chat that it's best to stick together.

After first offense, the offender gets a raise and things are explained again.

After second offense, the offender rides in my backpack until the next shrine.

After third offense, the offender's stone gets left behind and gets kicked after quest completion.

Hopefully they'll get the message eventually.

I'm pretty polite to begin with, and like to give other players the benefit of the doubt, but sometimes you reach a point where politeness may fall on deaf ears. And this game serves an international player base, so sometimes language can be a barrier.

At the end of the quest, you'll know if the group chimed well and can move on to others, or not, and then just disband. Pretty much all we can do.

Have a Hot Key, I suggest just a Ctl-C from a Word doc, when someone joins, just Ctl-V with all the rules you have for joining the group: IE:

"Welcome to the group, the rules are simple, we stay together, we work as a team, and we will get this done very easy, if you don't like that idea, please drop group, as I would hate to have to kick you after the quest is done and you cost us 10%"

say so in the lfm and say so after players join so they all understand what you expect in the quest. if its a big problem than reform around them. reforming is something I don't see enough of unfortunately. its your group and you want to play a specific way. the players that join are agreeing and accepting this specific way. zergers have no problems kicking slowpokes from groups, why cant people who like to stick together kick zergers? usually I see groups putting up with it in the quest than usually everyone just drops after. if you don't like that players wont do as the party leader says, than you can choose to kick them, drop group or reform.

You are the one choosing not to play alts.

Casual player now investing way less than I used to into the game, playing 1-3 months at a time and still want nothing to do with Reaper. #improvepuggrouping#alldifficultiesmatter

just create your own lfm, stating : "byoh, zerg as a group, know it, in progress."

or you could just create an lfm with "stick together team"
