True Reincarnation and Ability Tomes

Hi,

When doing a TR, I know that the ability levelup is applied before skill point calculation.

However, is it also applied before feat selection? I.e. if I have a starting STR of 13, and a STR+2 Tome (+1 at Level 3, +2 at level 7) - will I then be able to select the Two Handed Fighting Feat (requiring 15 STR) at level 7?

I would presume yes since that is the way it works with INT and skills, but you never know.

...and if you're using Ron's Character Planner, just add the Tome + one level earlier than you would normally. So, for a +2 Tome add +1 at level 2, and +1 and level 3, for the total of +2 applied at level 7.
