Heroic TR on a level 24 char

If you heroic reincarnate at level 24, do you still keep your epic xp (which you see again when you hit 20)?

I've done this before several months ago, and I didn't lose the epic xp, but I am concerned with the new TR systems if it's a danger to do this again?
exp 20-24 > exp 1-20...

But, waiting till level 28 would be too painful to contemplate (I hate the FR content).

Destiny xp, yes, epic xp, no. (on a heroic TR)

Destiny XP and Karma yes, character level no.

Karma is probably the most critical part of epic TRing, so you do keep the most important thing.

TRing at 24 isn't too painful, doing it at 26 will be (as 26 to 28 is still quite a way).
