PMB error

Hi, I looked on the forum but didn't find any solution to this problem.
I'm trying to install the game but i keep receiving this error messege saying:

"Connection error

Your system is currently not allowing access to our servers.
Check your firewall and/or security software settings to allow PMB.exe to run."

But i don't have any firewall running on my computer...

So if anyone knows how to fix this, please help me!

hmm, where did you get the download from ?

PMB ( Pando Media Booster ) shouldn't be used in DDO anymore since Pando closed shop.

Anyway you can have a look at this :

Every windows after Windows 2000 have a built in firewall. PMB is a peer to peer software so it needs to be able to receive packets from the Internet.
Now once you have finished installing DDO, I suggest that you go into the control panel and remove Pando Media Booster ( you don't need it for the game updates ).
