Permenantly slowed by over level item

Posted a ticket, couldn't do one in game.

Sarlona server
Character is a first life, 32 point build sorc named Llano
Before some of the loot property changes, she has a lvl 12 scepter in each hand. After the changes, the one in her offhand became lvl 14. And of course her exp curve changed, so her ranks may have changed.

So she is permanently slowed as so far.
Troubleshooting I have tried:
removed the item -> relogged
Moved the item into the bank -> relogged

Each relog was by quitting the game, relaunching, and choosing a different, working character first.

Each time she was still perma slowed.

If anyone else experiences, put the character name, class and levels, and what slot the over leveled item was in.

You have been Charoned by the Ghostbaning of Loot and the bugged complex system they created.

There is no workaround known to it. You will have to wait for them to fix it.
I personally have 3 Characters Charoned that way :
- Two are mules that were wearing low/no ML items that became that way due to the Ghostbaning of Loot from Shadowfail.
I don't care much about them, they sit in front of the banker, so it has no impact.
- The last one did use Charoned items, he is a lowbie, and as I seldom play it it's not really impacting me.

I heard that dying removes it, and that they disabled /death, so you will have to do it in a quest, or maybe a dip in the 12's lava pool. Don't know if its been changed.

yah my cleric Uska on Khyber level item was a ring took it off and now he is still slow no matter what I do

I did not do anything to level the character, but I will try to find some people to allow her to pike a level.

I've read in-game GMs solved the same problem other people had after they submitted a ticket.
