that is funny so many replys , ok someone posted after my last post , the fs would actually have to draw agro , thats my point , u have a 28 melee types and 28 divine hitting a mob who would draw the agro and who need heals , and i wouldn t die if i drew the mobs i run around a corner and turn invisible , they worked that spell out nowadays , u actually are , before u were kinda sorta and mobs still homed in on you like missles with -4 to hit , now they go "wow where did he go " lol , and true i can t solo 1/2 the quest on ee cause the hired help can t take a beating and dont know when to run , i can do more solo ee with my pally cause he can intim the mobs away from the squishy guy , but soloin on ee takes alot of time you gotta be cautious and lure a few at a time till u can bum rush , , whats faster a fighter running in circles trying to heal cause his dps drew all the agro with a healer chasing the mobs cause he will never meet the dps lvl the fighter dished out , or the fighter bashing it out with awsome dps and a healer healing him , u want logic heres logic , melee drop dps front lines , arcanes thrash with mana second lines , and divine heal from where ever they are standing , come on now u ever watched a fs swing his powerful mace he as fast as a old lady , if we were basing attack by round what does he get 2 attacks every 2 rounds and 3 ever 3rd combat round be something like 1/2 1/2 1/3 , im shure some one has a players handbook they can give us the the real count my fighters only 22 and he chomps out like 180 or 200 i think on normal hits and 4 to 600 on crits and he use a antique great axe mostly so he loses that shield bonus (have u ever seen a fs or cleric use a great hammer all the time , there doing 1/2 to 1/4 the damage ), ill have to go play em to tell ya but i know its close, thats not including feat hits , but i am shure u cannot argue melee builds damage ratios are higher if not fighters would be worthless , but all in all thks its a fun talk with you all
