Constructed PVP

I was thinking of something along the lines of 2v2, 3v3, and 5v5.
It'd be something you que for with a pre-drafted team. Could post in the lfms under a PVP section.
I have quite a few rules in mindset before I make an official post to see if turbine will look it over and give it some thought *wink wink*
But I'm quite curious what you guys think of some rules/balance concerns.
Any community feedback will be greatly appretiated!
