Ghallanda ReRolled is always looking for new mature players to join us.

We are an endgame (whatever that means) and ETR/TR focused guild. GRR was founded on the idea that the game's top players can also be friendly, respectful, and pleasant. We believe that being a great player means keeping an open mind, having fun and goes beyond mere twitch skills or loot.

We have a strong, tight-knit player base with members on almost any time during the day/night.

What we offer:
• A tight-knit mature environment
• Cross-guild raiding and idea exchange
• Emphasis on ETR/TR and endgame
• A private forum laboratory for build discussions and analysis (The good, the bad, and the weird)
• Pushing existing characters to their limits and beyond
• Willingness to take on any content, with any group
• Great Humor (at least we think so)
• International player base (Primarily North America and Europe but we are open to players located anywhere)
• A full featured web presence, including a private TeamSpeak server and forums.

What we are looking for in a guildie:
• Great attitude (we can teach game mechanics and strategy we cannot teach you how to be a nice human)
• Must be able to hear and understand English, having a mic and joining us on TeamSpeak is a huge plus (although we do have some furious typists that get by with just chat) – again, we want to get to know you
• Have at least one lvl 25+ toon, or a TR and should have a decent grasp of epic content -- We are happy to teach the finer points of DDO, but we expect that you have a basic understanding of the game.
• Willing to learn and teach: Many of our guild runs are EE quests/raids; while we are willing to help you get to that level you will need to have the drive and desire to learn.
• Willing to be an active member of our community, both on our website/forums and in guild chat. (It is hard to get to know you, unless you are on a few times a week)
• Interest in designing and trying out new builds and methods is a plus
• Should maintain at least one toon at epic levels that is flagged for most raids

Be aware that mature themes/humor can sometimes be discussed in guild chat, nothing crazy, but we can stray beyond a PG-13 rating. That said, we don't have rules on drama, because it is not needed. If you believe that you need rules on what proper behavior is, we are not the guild for you.

The recruitment process follows a few different paths:

1. You already run with us and can get sponsored by a current member of GRR – This is the easiest path, if you are sponsored all it will take is a conversation with myself or one of our officers (ideally while we are running a quest or two together) and you’re in.

2. You don’t know us, we don’t know you -- Fill out an application on our site (http://re-rolled.com/recruitment ) – We will get you access to our TeamSpeak server and work with you to setup times when you can play with GRR members allowing you to get to know us, and a chance for us to know you. If you are active and social we can usually make a decision in a day or two.

3. You’re a guild leader and we already actively run with you and your guildies and you would like your entire guild to join at once -- We have merged with other guilds in the past and are open to the idea of a merge in the future. Please reach out and talk to me directly for details.

4. You're from a different server and are looking to transfer to Ghallanda -- Reach out to Kodara (MadCookieQueen) or myself directly and we will work through the process.
