Another Bladeforged Monk Build

Here is my attempt at a bladeforged stunning/QP monk build.

Bladeforged Monk 16/Fighter 2/FVS 2

36 Point Build:

D 12 + 5 tome (required)
C 16
I 8 + 2 tome (repair, concentration, balance, umd)
W 16 + 7 level ups
C 10 (drop 2 strength and 2 charisma on a 32 point build)

4 empty feats (you can take quicken whenever you take your first FVS level instead of at 18)

shintao 34 ap (deft strikes 3, iron skin 3, +2 wisdom, meditation of war, empty hand mastery)
ninja spy 15 ap (shadow veil, sneak attack training 3, +1 wisdom)
kensei 11 ap (haste boost 3, tactics 3)
war priest 4 ap (divine might 3)

Destiny: GMOF
Twists: Sense weakness, legendary tactics +6, extra action boosts or endless faith

"Optimal" stat calculations:
Str 14 + 5 tome + 11 lootgen + 11 divine might + 1 exc + 2 ship buff + 4 tenser's = 48 (+19)
Cha 10 + 5 tome + 11 lootgen + 3 insight + 1 exc + 2 ship buff = 32 (+11)
Wis 16 + 7 level ups + 5 tome + 11 lootgen + 3 insight + 1 exc + 3 enhancements + 2 ship buff + 6 ED = 54 (+22)
Stunning fist 10 base + 14 level + 22 stat + 10 stunning + 5 exceptional + 6 LD + 2 tactician + 3 past lives + 3 warforged + 3 kensei + 3 GMOF = 81 (+2 virtual from shaken makes 83 if you hit them once first)
Quivering palm 10 base + 8 level + 22 stat + 10 sundering + 5 exceptional + 6 LD + 2 tactician + 3 past lives + 3 warforged + 3 kensei + 3 GMOF = 75 (+2 virtual from shaken makes 77 if you hit them once first)

Doesn't seem powerful enough. Have you considered changing the race to halfling and the main class to paladin?
