I've to say that due to my stupidity and my lack of memories I forgot to refresh my list! XD
Since I just noticed that my fvs build does have Haste in its spellbook I don't need em anymore... elsewhere I could use a good pair of Spiked boots!

Gianthold. Pretty much all the level 12, 16, 20, and 24 augments are for sale there. http://ddowiki.com/page/Purchasable_Augments

The ML 24 ones cost 9 of each Restored Relic type, plus 1 Commendation of Heroism.
