Default Paladin/Fighter: Do Defender Enhancements stack?

I'm thinking of taking 2, 4, or 6 levels of Fighter for my Paladin. I notice that the Sacred Defender and Stalwart Defender enhancement lines have a lot of the same abilities.

Do the same bonuses stack? I'm sure some do, since they have different bonus types, but what if I take both versions of Instinctive Defense or Reinforced Armor? There's no "type" listed for these.

Also, do the Defense (Action) Boosts share a cooldown and/or charges? Or Sacred Defense and Stalwart Defense? If so, there any advantage to taking both?

I believe the dev's general rule is that like-named enhancements do not stack, either in effect or number of charges. e.g. Durable Defense from stalwart defender and Durable Defense from sacred defender will not give you 30 PRR, only 15, and taking Defense Boost from both trees would still only give you one set of charges (5?) instead of double that. If they have different names, they probably stack, but I would test it on a vet or something before trusting it, as what does and doesn't stack is sometimes a bit arbitrary.

I tested and the reinforced armor/shield enhancements do stack despite having the same name. This may not be WAI so I wouldn't focus a build around the idea of it continuing to work. It's also pretty steep investment in both trees to get that high (tier 4/5 in both).

You can only be in one defensive stance at a time so getting both stances and any of their improvements is pointless just pick the one you want to spend more AP in.

I haven't tried instinctive defense or any boosts but as was already mentioned the DEV have said that enhancements with the same name (except for stat bonuses) are not intended to stack and they have been (slowly) going through and restricting one that still do.
