    Question Getting Message saying No DDO subscription

    I downloaded the game a few days ago, and every time I try to log in, with a brand new account, I get the message that I do not have a subscription to DDO. Why would I get this as DDO is a Free to Play game? I would really like to try to play. I have looked in the knowledge base but am not seeing anything remotely like this error. Any help would be appreciated.

    Unhappy No Subscriptions Found

    Hi, Sorry for the bother but I am also having the same problem ... can you help me out on this I have not played DDO for more than a year now and I tried logging in again. I was able to Log in to my turbine account, change the password get all info needed but whenever I try to log in to the game it says No subscriptions found.
