highest base damage.
3.5(2d6) which is highest compare others.
Have an orange slot.
have Keen IV.

Well, lets compare your EE Hunter Slayer with something you may find very primitive:


What! you say, comparing the newest and best great sword to an old crusty quarterstaff? Well, just hear me out.

Lets be fair and use a popular DPS build:

12 Fighter/6 Monk/2 Paladin.

Lets be Human, and lets take all the feats we need to be centred in greater mountain stance, lets take the feats on both, lets be in legendary dreadnaught, and lets take all the relevant Enhancement/Destiny choices for the weapons.

Lv 26 EE Hunter Slayer (With Imp. PA/Keen Edge/Greater Mountain Stance/Overwhelming Critical/Devastating Critical)
4.0[2d6] Miss on 1; Normal Hit 2-14; x2 Critical 15-18; x5 Critical 19-20


Lv 8 Theurgic Stave (With Imp. PA/Staff Specialisation/Greater Mountain Stance/Overwhelming Critical/Devastating Critical/Pulveriser)
2.0[2d4] Miss on 1; Normal Hit 2-12; x3 Critical 13-18; x6 Critical 19-20


It just doesn't matter that the EE Hunter Slayer has the highest damage dice, it has a rubbish crit multiplier. That makes the difference.

Ty for posting the screen shots. I would still take the Hunter Slayer over the other 2 for my pure PDK. I'm somewhat disappointed about the Keen and augment slots tho. You can slot a clear augment into any slot. For an EE item like that I would to like to see orange (clear,yellow,red) and purple (clear, blue, red) slot for better augment options.
