(note zen archery not 10k stars, i'd make this a dumped wisdom build)

3rd paladin really was just for fear immunity, 12th level ranger for cure is pretty pointless given how low your heal amp will be on a bladeforged with reconstruct. Staying 12 ranger for tempest's 4th core enhancement would be a better option though.

Offensively, I believe you'll be better off with monks 10% off hand strikes, sneak attack, crit multi even if you're "limited" to shortswords

Defensively monk is definately a better option than fighter or additional paladin levels thanks to shadowfade.

    you make a good points.
i can use short swords and when needed some handwarpes\staffs (i got almost all staffs any way. dps will be lower but dr and such probley could be worth it. but celsita is pretty much the fr braker anyway)
the monk gives batter range dps (+1 to crit) about same ac without the need to spend ap for.
much batter dodge (+6) and batter miss cance (with sahdow fade)

the cons are a bit lower saves. but most importent the need to find item slots for dodge\parring\good luck\seeker and no stunning blow (wont take stunning fist i i dont want handwarpes) and less verstle with wepons (i can put good use almost any keen item or ay good blount with the regular build) and no divine might (and with my charisma it can add a few points)

the 12 ranger is for core 4 only. but 11\12 ranger 2\3 paladin dosent really matter otherwise.

you build still looks great and monk is one of my favotire class in ddo.
i need to look at the ap and gear for that build and i wonder if i can pull that of.

All the weapons you should need are sacrificial dagger, agony, and celestia. At lower levels use any/all of sky pirate's dagger, nightforge stiletto, guardian of the liturgy or triple pos kukri.

Optionally drop the paladin levels and go 15/5 to get FoM and cure serious.

Another option is a Ginsu variant with 11ran/8ftr/1monk (aka another centered kensei), but this doesn't satisfy your request for 2+ paladin.
i have +1lr token i can use but not worth it as paldain is not a bad combo here.
im starting at level 15 so no need to low level daggers. i got some nice daggers (agony, sacrifical) but celestia
dont get bonuses (could use to dr brake when needed)

this build is defintley with most dps (divine might, knife specs, 7d7 sneak attacks dies) and got umd and traps.

the cons are it the one with less prr and doge. consume the most ap so ill have to give up other stuffs and no bonus feats means ill have to drop either quicken or a dps feat or toghuness.

looks good but you have to take 4 levels of paladin in order to make use of divine might

you can twist turns from the unyielding sentinal tree.

Bane of Undeath: Passive Bonus: You gain the Turn Undead feat. While enjoying the Vigor of Battle, weapons you equip gain undead bane (+2 enhancement bonus and +2d6 damage against undead).
EDP Cost: 2 Ranks: 1 Progression: 0 No requirements

It's a tier 1 twist, I'm using it instead of rejuv cocoon during iconic pastlives. Not really the best offensive move, but it works out great for iconic pastlives.

Personally I wouldn't want to stop at rgr 11 rather than 12 for a TWF build, in order to get +10% offhand from Tempest. However, that means dropping at least one pal lvl and pal 3 isn't so great; so maybe rgr 12 / rog 6 / pal 2? It means Twisting in Bane of Undeath, though.

Or maybe drop pal completely - do 15/5 or 14/5/1monk to get the final 10% off hand and get FoM. This build should still have very respectable reflex saves, less need for will saves, no need for cha so initial pts and equipment can go to other things. Lots of good choices frankly. Some may be optimal, but the new enh system really opens up viable alternatives. For instance, instead of 1 monk could splash 1 cleric/fvs for DM with SP and echoes. Or 1 ftr for feat, cheaper haste boost, and +1/+1.
