Help a returning player with a build?

I recently returned from a rather length break from ddo; I'm still puzzling over all the new changes, so I could use some help/nudges in the right direction.

Build Requirements:
*Knockdown Immunity (absolute must)
*Reliable aoe cc (in all EE content)
*sustainable "decent" single target dps (doesn't have to be spectacular)
*Evasion with good reflex save (consistently save on all EE content)
*Sturdy (can't be one/two shotted in EE content)

What I have access to:
3x sorc PL, 1x Wiz PL (willing to grind out 1-3 additional PL if I need to)
+4 tomes to everything and a +5 tome to one ability
Maxed Epic Destinies
Good-Moderate Equipment but not everything (willing to work for it if i have to have it to make this build viable)

IMO a good bet would be a Shadar-kai thief acrobat Shadar-kai for their chain attack (aoe cc). Theif acrobat for knockdown immunity. Only problem is chain attack is dex based but other melee cc is STR (stunning blow/imp trip).

So another option would be 18 sorc for knockdown immunity in air savant. And tbh I'd go for a 2 pally splash for cha to saves over evasion anyway.

Yeah the thief-acrobat build sounds interesting, could you maybe make one up for me? Also their chain attack has aoe cc?

Build Requirements:
*Knockdown Immunity (absolute must) - Elemental form gives you knockdown immunity (from cometfall etc)
*Reliable aoe cc (in all EE content) - Earthquake is without a doubt the most reliable CC spell in the game at the moment (And it's evocation so your sorc PL's will actually be put to use)
*sustainable "decent" single target dps (doesn't have to be spectacular) - Creeping cold and greater creeping cold is decent, but not spectacular, the SLA's are decent as well
*Evasion with good reflex save (consistently save on all EE content) - 2 monk levels
*Sturdy (can't be one/two shotted in EE content) - I've never been one/two shotted by anything really...

Think that covers all your requirements, doesn't it?

One of the best (if not the best) build now is monkcher, it basically offers:
*Knockdown Immunity... using LD ED it's ok, and it has good enough saves
*Reliable aoe cc (in all EE content) with otto's wistler, pin, and IPS
*sustainable "decent" single target dps... it is spectacular
*Evasion with good reflex save... should be ok with the 2 pal splash version
*Sturdy... should be fine as well, and anyway you're shooting from a distance
