I'm sorry, I don't understand the mentality of why one would want to "store" away the XP, especially low value ones. Is this possibly a way to level without questing, thus competing with the Ottos Box?
Personally I don't think Turbine should allow us to "store" them in a bag or have them stack. These are a bonus, a little extra if you will, we can put them in our bank/shared bank and even pass them to other characters in our account, use them now or use them later.
