Bug with reincarnation

I just undertook a LR+5 to add cleric levels for a cleric past life.

I then used the timer reset to allow a second LR+5 to give me a further 5 levels to qualify for that past life. However, after consuming the LR+5 heart and being told to log out, there is no option at the character select screen to do a reincarnation. That is, the heart is gone but it does not appear the LR+5 process registered.

This is a bug which needs to be fixed.

I would like to add that a GM came and responded to the Help ticket promptly and was polite and helpful. The GM allowed me to complete the LR+5 as desired. It would be great if the bug is fixed though so that it does not cause undue stress and also doesn't take up GM time. Thank you.
