not really sure what could be causing it, Just did house of death undone, and the end boss managed to get it. pretty constnatl, seemed to be about the 7% that I was able to get. just stood there for about 2 minutes after the first time, and got proc's about 3 times with it. All throughout it he didnt have any unique buff/debuff. The only thing I hit him with was boulder toss, and my xbow bolts. (same thing happened to the dark incanters in unquiet graveyard), so not sure.

Can anyone confirm if Excoriate is still stunning party members when they are healed by Divine Wrath?

I just did well over 100 controlled tests with probably an average of 2 party members in the tests (including myself) but never saw a single proc on myself or my party. Saw tons on the Orange-Named but only a few of those I know for sure were due to Divine Wrath because most of the time my Archon was out and it was stunning tons on its own... Details of my test approach are here:

I've run this quest many times now on EE but I've never been hit with nerve venom in that fight before, nor have I seen it happen to anyone else. I suspect that this is new in u20. I'd be grateful for Dev confirmation that nerve venom has been added to some boss attacks (EE Kishnaurac and elite Suulomades and Horoth).

If anyone else has noticed the nerve venom effect with other bosses please post it here in this thread.

    Thanks.

(Edit: I'm still a little puzzled about why I was being hit with nerve venom in ToD, because in the end fight I was behind both bosses and not taking any melee damage. Perhaps it was the bosses' spell attacks?)
Add harry in the shroud if he's not supossed to proc it. Noticed only once, so seems like a bug (maybe he procs the nerve venom and i've never noticed because i always have FoM, but i'm not even sure if FoM prevents nern venom)

    Hi,

Thanks for this. I've noticed the same thing in The Shroud. If it is deliberate I think it's a bit rich that non epic level monsters are using epic level abilities on players.

A couple of days ago I also got a nerve venom proc from Velah in EH Vault of Night. It happened just as she breathed on us before dying. Once again her name was not capitalised in the combat log for that effect, unlike the other entries for her attacks.

FoM does not protect against nerve venom; my main always has FoM active and he is being hit with nerve venom anyway. I am unsure whether an active neutralise poison spell will prevent it but I suspect it doesn't either.

So if we are going to get another Dev reply to this thread, I'd be grateful for the following things:

    * A clear statement that nerve venom has been deliberately added to certain boss monster attacks, or an acknowledgement that it is malfunctioning and an undertaking to fix it.

    * An acknowledgement that there are player-harmful effects resulting from double rainbow procs, and either a confirmation that it is intentional and an explanation of why this ability has been singled out to be dangerous to its users, or an acknowledgement that it is malfunctioning and will be fixed.

    Please and thank you.

    Take care.

it could have been either harry or friendly fire from a shiradi in party. I didn't check the combat log, it was in the middle of the battle and after got too much further info

In this case it's also possible that it's a particular spell or ability causing this problem. For instance, it might only happen when you Conjure Bolts, which had this problem long ago. Therefore knowing many details of what's going on is extremely helpful if you do submit a bug report. Also note that many player abilities are also available to monsters (though that may not be what's going on in this particular situation).
Bug submitted. (Combat): [redacted's] rainbow hit you for 504 points of slash damage.Normally not a really big deal, except for when used in quest to grief.
