Do epic past life feats work whilst levelling?

Silly question I know, and completely understandable if not, but I was just wondering if perhaps they did. Would be interesting to have triple fast healing at level 1 or 3 or something like that. :P

Yes they do, you'll notice a lot of them have a level based component so that they won't be as powerful at the lower levels.
