Spell Absorption

Question: The wiki lists the epic Jeweled Cloak as having charges of spell level absorption, and not full spell absorption. Is this correct?

I've been using the ee cloak for a while now, and it doesn't appear so. If it were absorbing spell lvls, then it'd be draining a lot faster in epic content than I've observed. I just wanted to get confirmation if anyone else has noticed this as well. If it is only absorbing lvls, then that just made this item cruddier than a World Shaper cloak.

That's what I was thinking - Thanks! I had this slated for best-in-slot and farmed it for a long time. It'd have sucked to find out it was only level absorption.
