Weird Error Message

I get this error message upon logging into the game from time to time, it's been about a couple of weeks since I first noticed it

(Error): Error 0x8004301c received when trying to retreive information about any support tickets associated with this account

This appears other times on one character, other times on another one, unlike that DNT message i reported here https://www.ddo.com/forums/showthrea...-after-2-years, which (still) appears only on my lvl 20.


So, ummm... what gives?

There was a bug for a while where EVERYONE got this message while logging in. Submit a ticket and ignore, probably the best thing.

I used to get it all the time. I now get it less. *shrug* I wouldn't worry about it.
