Alternative Heroic True Reincarnation

My main Toon has been 34point build for at least 2 years now and only thing that stops me from getting them to 36point or even trying for completionist (maybe) is the thought of reflagging for certain quests/raids.

As someone who only plays couple hours on week days during off peak hours(UK morning/afternoon) and sometimes on weekends the thought of it instantly makes me want to not even consider tr'ing.

could we possibly have a choice when TR'ing either:
A) Have everything reset (so that we get first time xp bonus and lots of free tp from favor)
B) just get put to level 1 with past life feat and bonus stat points everything untouched so missing out on first time xp and the free tp

having both choices makes it so people who like the whole reset get left untouched and im sure i cant be the only one who refuses to tr just due to re flagging for things and would possibly trade in the first time xp and favor to avoid it.

even if this was a in store only item to make this happen this is something id happily pay for.
