buying points on steam

every time today i try to buy points even after multiple restarts of DDO, steam and my computer i get ERR -4, ERR -16, ERR -22, ERR -25. the steam client for DDO has always seemed to have problems with points buying. its starting to feel like Turbine don't want my money.

I'm having the same issue. Have been trying to purchase points for the last 24 hours without success. Launch via steam. Go add points get the purchase via steam window - sometimes I can select the point package - $34.99 option, but once it's select it always comes back with ERR-22,ERR-25, or ERR-16
