You're missing 10K Stars and IPS, which I would consider must-haves on any "serious" monkcher. I would drop Sap and Imp Sunder to squeeze them in; or maybe GM of Forms if you plan to use Earth stance exclusively. If you spend more time on ranged than melee, you might consider Precision instead of Power Atk. And I'm not sure why you took Haste Boost from Tempest rather than Kensei, since it should cost half as many APs (unless U20 changed that). Consider maxing out Energy of the Wild in AA; that gets you Echoes of Power free. From Shintao I would take Deft Strikes (+10% offhand) and Iron Skin (+15 PRR in Earth stance).

EDIT: just noticed you took Master of Forms as a regular feat. This is auto-granted at monk lvl 12; so consider leveling rgr 6 / monk 12 so you can take GM @ lvl 18, then take ftr 2 @ 19-20.

    Lets see.

Whant to be a human? If you choos elf or half-elf you can be arcane archer from race.
So you can take more lvls in fighter with 6 lvl of fighter you can have manyshot and take a lot of the feats in archery

    i see
so my question, is precision worth while, and is 10 k stars also worthwhile? and why IPS?

Precision: Absolutely. If you're spending most of your time ranged, this will increase the dps of the whole group, yourself included. Reducing enemy fort allows for increased SA and crit damage on your target. Against bosses with high fort, this can also be used with the Archer's focus stance to hugely increase your own and the groups dps.

10k Stars: I'd say yes. This is essentially manyshot for shuriken throwing (can be big damage for ranged) with the number of extra shurikens given being dependant on your wis score. As a ranged toon with monk levels and solid wis score, it can be huge.

IPS: For any build that's ranged dps, this is a must have, in my opinion. Consider the dps you do on a single target with a solid weapon. Multiply that by the number of targets that are within that same line of fire, and you've got how much damage you're doing. It's situational (best used down hallways or when monsters are grouped together) and can't be used at the same time as precision, but in the right quest and situation, this can take a ranged toons' dps off the charts.

If you can get all three without sacrificing anything else you see as a must have, definitely do so. Otherwise, I find that IPS and 10k stars are best for your own dps, or precision and IPS for a nice balance. Others may differ, but I'd probably drop 10k stars out of the three since I prefer sustained personal + group dps over burst.

Some of your comments are a little off. 10k stars works with bows if you take zen archery and are centered, thus the reason for taking it on an AA build. Not just for shuriken. I would NEVER drop 10k stars on a moncher build, I mean, it's really the whole reason for taking monk levels on an AA build and it improves YOUR dps greatly, not the parties dps. IPS, precision and 10k stars are the standard feats taken for a moncher build. There are some good builds and info on these forums. Read up.
If you're having fun, then you're doing it right.
