If i use heroic otto box with an iconic char at level 15 (2.100.000 xp on tr3) i reach 4.100.000 xp or i stop at 3.800.000? (cap level 20)

Listening to Glin speak (I think it was on the DDOCast) I believe that the Heroic Otto's Stone will give you 2mil xp or cap, whichever comes first. It does not, from my understanding, port any "excess" xp over to epics.
