Will 5k favor be reachable in U20?

Wiki says current max favor is 4,928, but I heard someone saying they're wrong with this.
Anyone can confirm?

Also, anyone knows how much favor new quests are going to be?

I do believe the theoretical max is 4,928 (or close anyway), but since there are only two quests coming out and the current highest favor is 33, I believe, we will still be short of 5,000.
