Why do you make it so hard to contact account support. I've been going round in circles on Turbine's website and I'm no closer to getting any help now than when I started 30 minutes ago.
Two questions:
1. Why do you keep failing to pay me my VIP TP unless I ask for it?
2. Why do you make it so hard for me to tell you about it?
I'm not happy, I don't want to be messed around, I just want what's owed to me with the least amount of fuss or work on my part possible. After all, this is meant to be automatically awarded and I am not being paid to spend my time chasing it.
A response from a Turbine employee would be appreciated, hopefully with a simple little link to the exact page I need to get to to report my issue.
