    Default Account Support issue

    Why do you make it so hard to contact account support. I've been going round in circles on Turbine's website and I'm no closer to getting any help now than when I started 30 minutes ago.

    Two questions:

    1. Why do you keep failing to pay me my VIP TP unless I ask for it?
    2. Why do you make it so hard for me to tell you about it?

    I'm not happy, I don't want to be messed around, I just want what's owed to me with the least amount of fuss or work on my part possible. After all, this is meant to be automatically awarded and I am not being paid to spend my time chasing it.

    A response from a Turbine employee would be appreciated, hopefully with a simple little link to the exact page I need to get to to report my issue.

    Here's what I don't understand: If Turbine is still having issues with VIPs getting their monthly TP, why don't they assign a Customer Service person to examine all of the VIP accounts manually every month and award any points that did not happen automatically? Yes, that would probably be very costly but they are currently putting it on the VIP player to catch the mistake and go through the hassle of getting it corrected. That is not the way to treat a "VIP".

    How many missing monthly TP awards have passed unnoticed in the time that this has remained a problem?

    don't send a ticket I put one in about 10 days ago got the email saying that ill get a response in 3-5 days or whatever it is and well I have not had any response my VIP just disappeared billing info and all I had time left on my 6 months and the old special rate I had to pay 100 just to keep playing as a vip I work 7 days a week so no time to call as I work when there open.

    Well that's my 2 cents

    Edit: ok i finaly got an email it was sad it says we see you resolved the issue glad we could help thats sad if you think this is resolved what you guys must have not read the ticket for that to be what you find resolved
