I'd also add that we use teamspeak for communication in and out of raids. This is a key skill we look for in guild mates and therefore a mic, and a reasonable level of english is expected. "Reasonable" can be defined by anybody able to keep up with our resident drunken Fin, Juho.

The skill test is just a way of filtering under-geared, unskilled players. Any skilled player should have no problem holding their own in EE DA for the first round.

Yep, remember how everyone in Mitis had a Jug? Here, everyone has an AA :P
I tried Ses' halfling build and I have to say I like it, not sure how long it will be before I TR though.
