What happens to extra XP when U20 goes live?

Let's suppose that my character has 4.2 million xp on live when update 20 happens, so not enough to be level 20 right now, but more than enough for when the xp requirement is lessened.

Does this mean that I just get bumped up to level 20 with 400k extra banked for level 21 and 22?

1) is there any way we could get a "voucher" or something to use on a later life? (or maybe an xp stone)?
2) Alternately, if not that, is there any way that this can apply to my current ED?

Extra XP is lost.

Since Heroic XP caps for level 20 (and then goes to Epic XP), you would be able to take level 20, but additional XP would not apply to Epic Levels.

That doesn't sound right. Right now you hold the xp you get from level 19 to 21...

Are they changing that?

Since Heroic XP caps for level 20 (and then goes to Epic XP), you would be able to take level 20, but additional XP would not apply to Epic Levels.

(NOTE that you can see similar functionality with the new Heroic Otto's Box. It grants 2 million XP, but it only gets applied to Heroic levels: it will only level you up to 20, but not beyond.)
