I have similar issue - in my case i am unable to update my billing information with my current card.
I have already contacted my bank and verified that the information i'm using to update my billing profile is in fact correct and valid.
I had no issue purchasing Shadowfell expansion pack giving exactly same information so the issue must be on Turbine's end.
Neither my adress nor any other field exceeds 30 character limit. I'm not using dashes when giving my zip code.
Have tried several different web browsers:
Firefox - i don't even get an error
IE 10, Chrome - i get this error:

I've read there was similar problems when users tried to update their CC info about 2 years ago and it has been fixed (error 30005). It seems that this issue might be similar although the message doesn't show this error code in specific.
Can anyone help in resolving this issue? I want to upgrade to VIP to get current perks and be able to get the free epic hearts in december.
