If I have a character split 9/9/2 and TR, is there a choice of which past life passive to take? If not, and I imagine not, how does it work? Chicken bones, tea leaves and Turbine randomness?
Thanks in advance.

Basically, alphabetically for the original classes then in the order they were added.
DDO: If a problem cannot be solved by the application of DPS, you're not applying enough.
Thanks, I suppose I could have wiki'd it without the posting the question
I am considering an experimental build but do not like what would be the past life if I ever TR'd.
Well I will live DDO one life at a time for now.

It may not apply to you in this case but another thing to keep in mind is that you can build for 18 or for 20+. If building for 18 it's conceivable to have as few as 5 levels in your TR class (7 x/6 y/5 TR class) as you can then take the 6th and 7th level at 19/20 and never actually play with those levels. I've seen some people build some fairly good multi-TR platforms around that concept - they take the same x & y classes every time, usually front-loading most/all of the x & y levels, and then back-load the TR class once their toon has all of its core abilities. The new Enh pass really made this more powerful rather than less. 7/7/6, 8/8/4, and 9/9/2 are all good splits for that approach.
Tajawuka 20 Bladeforged Paladin running divine ETR's (3 ranger/monk/fighter pl's, 3 martial epl's) - Toolbots working on Morninglord Cleric life #2 (3 wizard/sorc/druid pl) - Evisra 28 rogue
It's strictly alphabetical as long as you remember that Monk, Favored Soul, Artificer and Druid all come after Wizard in the alphabet.
No one in the world ever gets what they want
And that is beautiful
Everybody dies frustrated and sad
And that is beautiful
I'm doing 10/10 WF Artificer / X class splits now to gain past lives.... since only Druid came after Artificer it works for pretty much everything
Interesting, I am looking to jack with a 20 drow paladin bank character using the +20 LR.
I was thinking of trying 9/9/2 Monk/FvS/Pal and try the synergy between drow weapon buff, warchanter/AoV weapon buffs and ninja stuff. The reason for paladin is that I can't have more than 3 classes in the LR process, and it might help saves a bit.
Anyway, I have too many characters as it is and probably would never TR him, but if I did I would want the monk damage roll and not the FvS spell pen and sp.
But, if that list is the order as opposed to alphabetical, then monk is first anyway.
Thanks,
DD
