Raids should be removed from the bravery bonus imho.
As for the passive past lives, somewhat ok-ish if you grind all 3 ed'3 three times
martial sphere:
45 ac is still useless to all classes exept tanks, but what quest/raids actualy needs one of these punching bags these days?, keeping agro of monchkers/shiradi sorcs is a lost cause anyway.

This would result in a 100% energy absorb if it would stack. All one would need now is a feat that caused you to be considered blocking all the time XD

Not worth the grind

In a game where mob hp inflation is so rampant, this is not worth it at all.

i got nothing, seems underwhelming for the grind though.

All in all; underwhelming
most actives should have been passives, durations too short/cooldown to long, the martial passive line should have been 5 ac (by lv 30) and the 3 prr or 1% dodge.
Who is going to grind out that much XP for such a small benefit? 217million XP...The rewards are too small to justify the time invested. I still think Heroic TR has bigger benefits than the epic TR. The rewards for Epic TR are hardly Epic
So far, i'm actually looking forward to a few of these past lives. So far, I see my favored soul warpriest wanting 3x morning lord pastlife, 3x colors of the queen, 3x doublestrike, and oddly enough 3x enchant weapon(because +15 longswords may actually be fun)
And i think most of these are fine. Fast healing could use some work(have the healing occur 60/45/30 seconds),
Skill mastery should add +1 sneak attack die. +3 to skills and +3d6 sa is not that much compared to 9% doublestrike or even +3 enhancement bonus
shadarkai- I suggested elsewhere that this be changed to +5/10/15 bonuses to hide and move silently, and I think it could increase you assassinate DC?
Also, not sure if anyone mentioned, but double strike/doubleshot/energy criticals have been upped to 3% per stack, and colors of the queen once every 30/20/10 seconds. And the healing spell power now gives negative spell power as well.

NEW: Bonuses have been increased to 3% for Energy Criticals, Doublestrike, and Doubleshot.
NEW: Added note to “Block Energy” Epic Past Life Feat that blocking does not require having a shield.
The Karma you spend will determine which Epic Past Life Feats are available for you to choose from.
For example: Spending Arcane Karma allows you to select an Arcane Epic Past Life Feat.
This stacks up to 3 times.
Short answer?
For me, nope.
The only thing that even vaguely piques my interest is Fast Healing, but even for that I can't justify the grind involved.
As it currently stands I'll be passing on the Epic TR system.
I agree with the problem of too many things being mandatory to get meaningful DCs and spell pen, what I want is ways to get them other than multiple heroic past lives and highly specialized gear which can be difficult to obtain. Its pretty much impossible to DC cast in Epic Gianthold, for instance, on a first life toon. If Epic TR is supposed to provide another way to build a character, there should be other ways to obtain these other than grinding out multiple heroic lives. The DCS are already way out of whack for newer and first-life players- allowing more ways to get a meaningful DC only provides more options, which I think this system is aimed at. As to newer content being adjusted to make these mandatory additions, that is up to the devs to maintain balance in said content. I'm sure the trolls out there will want the devs to plan now assuming a future failure on their part in this regard, but reasonable people will see that it would not be wise for them to build a game this way. It is not unreasonable, of course, that endgame characters be required to have some sort of boosts in these areas, but allowing for them to come from equipment, heroic, or epic past lives only adds greater needed flexibility to the system.
Okay, I need to ask. Why is everyone asking "OMG WHY IS PRR IS THE DIVINE SPHERE?!!"
You know, the sphere that has the defensive destiny? Unyielding sovreign? I think it's pretty obvious why PRR is in the sphere with the defensive destiny.

To me, no, not good enough.
The only one interesting to me is not compelling enough to run in an off-destiny for 18 million XP for. The ones within the sphere I'd normally be using are not at all interesting.
Of course, they could coerce me into doing them all if that was the only way to get a 4th twist slot, which by itself is better than all those lame past life feats put together. I would hate the painful grind while I was doing it, though.
I think there is a good balance. Enough to keep you on a hamster wheel for some time without making ETR mandatory. They want to ensure none TR toons can still play the end game whenever that comes out.

That's the issue, right there. Turbine needs to stop being jerks about such things and screwing over the first-lifers. First life characters should be able to reach competence. Past lives should not be the difference between can't-do-it and can, but between mediocre versus excellent. Boosts are FINE as long when Turbine DOESN'T overcompensate to the expense of first-lifers.
The thing is you are playing the lvl 20 - 28 quests anyways. So if you are doing a TR or not the same quests are being played. Why not get some benefit from playing the quests.
