Default How Well Can Caster Druids Solo EE's

I'm tossing about the idea of using one of my LR+20 to make a druid but I pretty much only solo so I really am dead set on only using builds that can viably solo current EE content and raids. Druids being DC based seems to really take them out of the picture since DC casting is so borked atm. Can anyone shed some light as to whether a first life druid can solo EE's? Also if so could you possibly give a little description of your playstyle since I can't imagine how such heavy dc casting would allow it.

I'm not sure what your point of reference is but the class does have the tools to solo EE/Raid content. Storm of Vengeance/Ice Storm, Greater Creeping Cold/Creeping Cold/Creeping Cold SLA, Earthquake, strong self healing, and Snowslide (hard to use I imagine but its there). AOE and DOT damage with good movement and O **** moment CC. Lead me to say it will solo as well as any FVS.

The real question isn't can the class do it it's can you do it in that class. Player skill and play style will be far more important to success in solo EE/raid content.

I think you could. the key would be to get your earthquake DC high enough. at least a 55 for EE. Then all you need to do is earthquake, ice storm/sleetstorm and then rain down max/empowered SLAs. It will take a while to kill things as a caster druid. You'll also need to either get your PRR to a decent level or get your dodge up there.

    1st DC casting isn't borked.
2nd I think a pure Druid can rock some ee solo content. You have strong CC, AOE, DOT, good self heals and buffs, what else can you want?
It takes practice soloing ee, takes knowing the quest, and how much you can take at once. Don't forget UMD on your build. There's a lot of useful scrolls you can use that will help on your adventures.
