character copy not working

After updating the Lammania client I noticed that all toons have been wiped....no big deal. so, I go to the character copy page and attempt to copy my toons over. I noticed I still have toons in the list (of those that I can copy) that have been deleted A LONG time ago. One of which has the same name as one I am trying to copy. I click both (same name) toons and another toon and after page reloads it says STATUS "Retry" and 3 of 10 copies used. After a few mins and a page refresh 2 of the 3 have changed to FAILED then shortly after that the 3rd failed. The number of character copies allowed went back to 0 of 10 HOWEVER, the toons are no longer in the list of available toons that can be copied.

Is it me? Anyone else having these issues? The main issue I have is the fact the toons I want copied are no longer in the list AND that the copy failed.

so what exactly does this mean and how do i fix it before the event tonight?

Unfortunately the problem might be that with the live servers being down, there is nothing to be copied to lama. In the past when I tried to copy a toon when the servers were down it failed. The only thing to do atm is to wait for the servers to come back online and try again. At least there will be time before the event starts to copy.

That may work for Koz but not for me, just tried it again and still nothing.

After looking into it, it seems that the live worlds being down has been tampering with the character copy tool. We'll be resetting the queues that have not successfully transferred periodically to help with this.

Otherwise, if you're not seeing any characters show up in your transfer tool, make certain your signed into the right account and are looking at the right subscription.

At first neither of the characters showed up for me either. But then again, I already had the launcher on and started logging in before I copied characters over. They showed up after I reloaded it.

Still haven't copied over for me. Will have to see how many i can put together in case those ones don't show up.

I have the same bug. All three chars i wanted to reincarnate failed to copy over during the downtime. They haven't reset yet. It doesn't make any sense to test reincarnation for me without my live chars.

Transferred a toon over earlier on tonight without issues so not a clue what the issue is.

Nope, not the case. I was able to copy (at the time I tried earlier (when DDO live servers were down)) a lvl 17 toon with no problems. A guild mate also got the same results when he tried copying his lvl 20+ toons (which the 2 failed were). I am wondering if they don't want lvl 20+ toons being copied. I just wish they failed attempts were back in the list of toons so I could try again.

Thanks for the reply Kookie. Hopefully you will be resetting prior to tonights event. I just tried closing my browser, opening it and surfing to the character copy tool page and the toons I tried to copy earlier and still not there. I will keep checking.

I was able to copy over one character, then when I tried to move any other I keep getting a 404 page. This was happening to me yesterday after the the live servers came up.

When will these periodical queue resets occur? I've got multiple characters that I tried to copy over during the downtime and they all show as failed on the character copy tool. I'd like to explore the new stuff this weekend but can't with these characters.
