Default can someone give me some sugestions?

    I have a few ideas...

    8/6/6 fighter monk ranger
    12/6/2 fighter monk ranger
    12/6/2 fighter ranger monk

the reason for the 6 monk would be for 10k stars but I don't think ill hit the 40ish wisdom for it.
so for that reason im thinking the 12/6/2 fighter ranger monk is what im leaning towards.
12 fighter for power surge, and the enhancement that makes any weapon able to use with monk and stay centered.

im leaning towards dwarf or doing human again.

any ideas or suggestions are welcome. just trying to get an

All 3 are very viable for different reasons.

    1) give you One with the blade, shadow veil (don't worry about 10k stars), many shot, full trees in tempest and Kensei
    2) same as above, lose some feats from ranger (and tier 3/4 enhancements) and ram's might to get power surge
    3) same as #1 above, lose shadow veil to gain power surge

Power surge makes tactics viable for the build, which is very big, and also adds some DPS. Options 1 and 3 give you more defense from monk. A final option to consider is 11 ranger / 8 fighter / 1 monk. This gives you IPS and GTWF without needing to meet stat requirements, gives you FoM as a spell, a little healing on the side, full resists when needed, but loses out on shadow veil and power surge.

For some ideas you might check my Ginsu build or the Old Saint Pick build. Another option is to abandon archery and replace ranger with paladin for saves and possibly DM. That would be more like the Cetus build, or some variant.
