    Default Missing Turbine Points

I purchased points using steam, I got the confirmation email from steam that I bought the points, but my account history says that I did not purchase the points. I already submitted a ticket days ago, with no response except for the automated one. I was hoping to use the points to unlock race/class to start playing. But this is holding me back some. Can anyone help?

I rather not. I'm from Australia and it will cost me a lot to call. Plus, aren't they closed right now?

It's a 1-855 number which is toll free here, unsure if it translates to that in your country. Also, I didn't mean right this second... obviously during the times posted on the website I linked.

Um dumb question here, but did you put the points code from the email you should have received into the box in myaccount.turbine.com? Just plain buying the points from the ddo market and I believe steam will not automatically enter it into your account.

I didn't get an email with a code. That's the point. All I got was a receipt number from steam.

How is calling from outside the US ever considered free toll? It costs money to call outside the country.

Possibly consider using a calling card or skype or some kind of free VOIP service. Sucks to hear about your problem! Good luck! Cheers! :P! ! !

Well I live in Canada and it's still toll free. But as I said, I'm not sure how it works across other countries/regions...

Have you put in a ticket with both Turbine and Steam? Both have always been quick to respond when I've submitted tickets...

The digital rights number is what you use in the Redeem points card box in the DDO store.
Did you get digital rights number in your e-mail?
It very long and takes a while to fill in.

I could figure it out either until seeing your post lol
    Cheers

I buy points through Steam all the time and they are always added immediately I hit confirm purchase, I buy them by adding cash to my steam wallet, is this how you did it? If so and your points still have not appeared I am UK based and I find that if I have an issue I just keep sending emails BUT by using the reply button in the original automated reply, this means that your enquiry stays on one ticket instead of creating multiple tickets....always works for me eventually! lol Seriously I have had several issues with my monthly Turbine Points not showing up and although it can take a week or more I have always got them. Also make sure you are sending your emails (or if you create a new ticket) to the right place sounds stupid but I have found Turbines' support network to be a bit tricky to navigate at times. Good Luck.
